There are loose wires coming out of the ground not connected to anything and they have duct tape holding other wires to the carpet.
There were people of all different shapes and sizes and pelo one was paying any attention to anyone else except themselves or whoever they came to the gym with. All in all, I felt totally comfortable and got a good workout in… as my sore body is telling me today.
Anyway, it’s $ 15 for a 1 hr class and $ 60 if you pay for 5 classes in one go. Lilly Steele is really sweet and she does make you sore so that’s a win! She also offers aerial classes and aerial yoga (which i’ve heard is good for you back but I haven’t really tried it).
